Question about new Titan Workforce

o The ability will only work the first time it is triggered in a turn.

What happens when an effect kills off 2 of your constructs at the same time? Does this count as one effect for 'the first time', giving you 2 constructs back to your hand. Or will one construct be picked randomly? Or....?

It is per effect so you will get back 2 constructs.

This change will allow opponent to kill one construct, triggering Titan Workforce, then AoE the rest down to the graveyard.

Let's wait and see. Quite possible that the one that was deployed first is the only construct that goes back to your hand.
