View Full Version : Unity-Unite browser restrictions/issues

I got the "Free Paris" email today. When I click on the link it goes to a lovely picture with the text telling me that I can't use explorer.
So, I open up the link using Firefox instead, and all I get is a black screen: not even a picture or a message stating that there is an issue.
Anyone else having this issue, and anyone know why Ubisoft are being so damn selective about what browsers support their product?

Sorry that you are having this issue with the promotion. Check that whichever browser you are using is updated to the latest version as well as checking for any add-ons that may be interfering with the application. I would also check for any network restrictions that may be also causing problems. If this persists, please contact your local Support team using the links in my signature.
