It would be nice if you included a source.

Erm...

The confrontation between British colonists and native Americans during The American Revolution

I'll leave this, for the poll, but don't forget that here:

is the main place to discuss this (and any results you get)...

Oh. I assumed it was another one of Ubisoft's official annual surveys, the OP is kinda misleading.

I'm very disappointed that you didn't list Victorian London, but China's second on my list.

Victorian England is the second option in the poll...

Wasn't this the same survey Ubi did a couple years ago?

^ Yeah, sometime before AC3's announcement.

Going for Rome, even if I would prefer it to be during Constantine's reign or during the fall of the Roman Empire, as there would be way more to climb and the cities would be a tad less plain.

I wouldn't mind any of them - apart from Spanish one and Russian revolution one.

Victorian London because fancy dressware, pretty setting, and Jack the ripper.

I went for Medieval China. I just find it crazy that despite the numerous amount of AC games, we are yet to visit Asia. And with the arrival of next gen, it seems to be the perfect opportunity to try something new. My second choice would probably be Egypt. The desert environment would force Ubisoft to introduce new mechanics which shows a step up from last gen and previous instalments.

To be completely honest, I don't think I could bear another game in Italy. I know that Ancient Rome is completely different to the Rome we saw in Brotherhood, but the world is enormous. Let's visit somewhere else rather than going to Italy for a third time. I think that every time period on this list is appealing.

It wasn't the advent of the Empire. That was the beginning of the end.

Ancient Egypt sucks
It doesn't really, it's fascinating.

I know you mean in the context of an AC game - so elaborate...

I like the next AC game to be in an Asian setting.

Ancient Egypt is actually awesome, and I am right because I say so.

I want Ancient Egypt for the cool structures but mainly for that Piece of Eden that revives the dead temporarily. Apparently it's in Egypt. Would be handy for...modern day...:p

Speaking of Ancient Egypt, about that no buildings problem:

(an estimation)

Another thing alright about Ancient Egypt is that we have limited knowledge on the layout and look of some of it's cities, which can give the devs a bit more freedom to make the cities more fun.

Though as I have said before my preferred option would be 1000s-1100s Egypt.

I know Prince of Egypt is just an animated movie with little historical accuracy, but if the location was structured anything like that I'd be super pumped.
