is hyperlobby down at the moment? and is the page with he who cannot be named annoying ev1 and nt just me?

Sorry for the edit but we have all had earlier experiences with this person that we would rather not repeat

It's true. Some people think that just because something is privatized it doesn't have to adhere to the same freedoms as say a public institution does. For instance the Bill of Rights applies Americans at work at US businesses just as much as it applies to Americans in their private lives. The Supreme Court always rules against a private business that enforces policies that impinge upon the Constitution.
Which means if this forum is under the jurisdiction of the USA then we are all entitled to have freedom of speech whether this is a private forum or not.
