Most of the time it's the B-239
I started flying some of the old yak-1 or 7b again.
For the Germans it has been bf 109 F-4 for as long as we've had it.
I'm thinking of training myself in the Lagg 3 again also.

Spitfire, I know... very predictable for a Brit, but i can`t resist it. I even installed Lowengrin`s DCG just to be able to fly the Spit a little more often than in the Kuban. I still fly the I16s, La`s, P40s, Hurris...

But, dammit, the Spit is beautiful. It really is like putting on a pair of trousers when i get in her!

Yak-3 in VOW. And I hate it. It's so good I do not even get shot down, instead turnin and rollin amidst battle and thinking:'That was my m8, that was not, whom shall I attack'? And when I wake up, there are only reds gbanging last blue. Maybe I'll skip late war.

I'm not sure it will, http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif propably only subbed.
A great deal of the humour lies in Anders Mathessen (he does ALL the voices in the entire movie!) and his second to none mastering of the modern danish language (which BTW constists mostly of english cuss-words http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-wink.gif) Anyway the language used in the movie will definately get it banned from the US (trust me: It's worse than South Park)

In that case, I'll have to say Spitfire Vb LF clipped, as well as 1943 LaGG-3. The Spit is just so agile and powerful. And the LaGG just feels so solid (and the varnished wood cockpit is so pretty) that I enjoy flying it, even if it isn't exactly uber.

Gee, I don't know, it's not like the words in the South Park movie were new...Richard Pryor said all of them before that...Lenny Bruce before him...and I was a Teamster for 7 years, trust me, I know bad words you've never even heard before http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-wink.gif And I can't think of a word that would be "too strong" for a US audience. Europeans sometimes have awfully funny notions about the US, don't be fooled just because we have different cultures http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

In FB, I have been flying the P-51, all models. I may be alone in my fondness for the B and C cockpits, although I like the D better. I like the T-bolt a lot, and fly it because it's fun, same for the P-40 and P-38. Soviet planes I still like the non-fn La-5, lots of character. German planes my favorite is probably the Emil. The B-239 is fun, as are the Gladiator and Falco

Actually, it would be easier to list the planes I don't like...there was a Yak I got in a campaign once that I was really surprsed by, I hated it. I amnot good in the FW-190...and yes I hit what I shoot at in it, lol. It rolls too abruptly for me, I can't get used to it.

My all time favorite aircraft is and has been the P-51D, since I was five years old (1976), so that gets my #1 pick.

Whatever my (latest) favorite skin fits. Recently that includes P-51Bs and Cs, Spits and P-38Ls.

Flying for the LW, it's 109G's and 190A-8s and 9s, and occasionally, offline, Bf110s.

For the VVS, the old IL2 and the Yak-3.

Darn, that's wrong! I fly the a/c featured in the current books I'm reading.

Or anything I feel like flying. That's probably the reason I haven't become very competitive with one a/c or variant.

I love this sim. A/c fidelity is boring.

English translation (Thanks Helle):-

Yesterday night I met a boy who was stood crying. He couldn't find his way home and was afraid of the dark. He said; "Dear Uncle Stuart can you help me?" I pulled out my knife and shouted "BOO!" and he immediatley found his way.

Thanks man. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

I actually wish I got the Navy Blue Metallic, but, I basically ordered this site unseen and it was too late to order what I wanted from the factory as they were done making them at that point http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif . Getting a color I had never seen in person seemed like a bad idea, and I had no way of knowing if I'd find one with a black interior anyway, so I snapped up this black on black six speed. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

You have a nice truck. I was never really a truck guy, but after watching Trucks on TNN/Spike TV for years I'm now getting into them. lol

Have you tried that new Mr Clean auto dry car wash yet? I want to, but have concerns about what it might do to the paint. Would be a big help to not have to dry it though.

I've realized that I like switching planes too much to say that I have a "favorite ride." In the past two weeks, my "favorite ride" has changed through the following:
Spitfire Vb LF CW
LaGG-3
P-47D-10
P-51C
FW-190A5

And it will probably change another half-dozen times over the next two weeks. That's why a game like FB/AEP is so good for me--there's enough different planes that I can afford to be fickle http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

beer joint customized '87 S-10 pickup (blue cab,red bed, with a touch of primer) Don't laugh it's paid for & still runs. I like the p-38 cause of the load out and the fact I can actually see everything as I take off. He-111 cause it is stable & I like to fly as a gunner.
