View Full Version : How do we claim are pre-order skins from Ubishop?

So we meant to get are pre-order costumes Cyber punk, Blume Agen and ect for who ever ordered through Ubishop.

I want to try their perks and I'm concerned that lack of information we know nothing of how to claim them thus far.

In Assassin's Creed games, if some extra content comes with the Edition you have purchased, this extra content does to need to be claimed, but it is unlocked by itself when you get in the game. However, there are certain items that do not unlock until you have procceeded up to a certain point in the main story. Hope that helped.

So I can only get the extra costumes through doing the palace pack? I thought the palace pack only offered a hack boost?

Nope I'm sure my content hasn't been added I should have 5 costumes in my wardrobe in watch dogs I only have the default "vigilante" outfit. I must admit this is quite frustrating due to lack of information of what I do to claim the "Electronic download" that is just sitting in my order history on the ubishop.

I'm sure will receive an email from retailer with codes for the pre order edition to activate on UPLAY.

pre ordered from UPLAY and its stating I will receive an email with info on what to do and such.

not the 27th yet....

Pre-order content from the Ubishop - will be emailed on release day.

Times may vary, however everyone should have them by the end of the day.


Please remember to check spam folders etc - and if you still don't have them by the end of the day, contact support directly!
