My game crashes frequently when performing tasks like jumping from high ground (not the leap of faith) and now when i completed the "Overrun And Outnumbered" mission it crashes after saving the position and when it runs the video the game crashes

or in other words before sync it displays a video in the mission "Overrun And Outnumbered" at that point my game crashes. Why this is so?

and now i try razor game booster but it does not help too my system information are provided below

System Information

RAM :- 4GM
Graphic Card :- Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 (1 GB)

you are using CPU built-in graphics processor which is so weak and below minimum requirements, anyway, you can try to verify game files to see if there is anything corrupted, but i doubt it would help. you need a real graphics card. here are the requirements for this game:

Operating System: Windows Vista SP2 or Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8 (both 32/64bit versions)
Processor: Intel Core2Quad Q8400 @ 2.6 GHz or AMD Athlon II X4 620 @ 2.6 GHz
RAM: 2GB for Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8
Video card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 or AMD Radeon HD 4870 (512MB VRAM with Shader Model 4.0 or higher)
DirectX: DirectX June 2010 Redistributable
Disk Space: 30 Gb
Sound: DirectX Compatible Sound Card with latest drivers
Peripherals: Windows-compatible keyboard and mouse required, optional controller

Operating System: Windows Vista SP2 or Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8 (both 32/64bit versions)
Processor: Intel Core i5 2400S @ 2.5 GHz or AMD Phenom II x4 940 @ 3.0 GHz or better
RAM: 4GB or more
Video card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 470 or AMD Radeon HD 5850 (1024MB VRAM with Shader Model 5.0) or better
Additional Notes: Supported video cards at the time of release:Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 or better and GeForce GTX 400, GTX 500, GTX 600 and GTX 700 series. AMD Radeon HD4870 or better and Radeon HD5000, HD6000 and HD7000 series.
Note: Latest GeForce drivers tested: 327.23 for all series. Latest Radeon drivers tested: 13.1 for Radeon HD4000, 13.4 for Radeon HD5000, HD6000 and HD7000 series on Vista and 13.9 for Radeon HD5000, HD6000 and HD7000 series on Win7 and Win8.
Laptop versions of these cards may work but are NOT officially supported.

Is there any other alternative of a graphic card i only have 1 gb (Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 but as needed 4800 or higher). Or any other software to boost and meet the requirement of the graphic card or can somebody provide a sync after the mission "Overrun and Outnumbered" 16 or 17% sync.

unfortunately, there arent any alternatives, you new a graphics card to play games like AC, and no, saves from others wont work as they are encrypted per user, you should have read minimum requirements before buying the game.

Those minimum requirements are way overrated ignore them!

But I see your issue it is your graphics you seem to be using onboard right or is it laptop?

Intel core2 duo E8400 1st gen
4x1gb ddr2 reaper
evga 780-i ftw ddr2 only
gfx evga 660 sc

Pushing full 1080p hdmi no issues at all beside crap servers on MP which I opened more ports because after stats reset they went to s*** lost top 100 ranks 5x for all disconnects and points lost.
