Use a video editing program http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon/wink.gif

You can upload the entire video to YouTube and use their editing tools to trim out all the faults.

Since when??? I know they added you can cut the beginning and end of video, when did they allow trimming within the video? If thats true then http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif

I havent used YT editor in 2-3 months. But i distinctly remember only being able to trim the outer edges which doesnt really help with the faults.

Besides even if that were true, itd still be faster to edit it before uploading it to YT. 1-2 minute cropped run = 15 minute upload. 300f 25 minute untouched run = all day.

I use Sony Vegas Pro 11.

If you just want to edit out faults and do no other editing/optimization you can use Windows Live Movie Maker.
