I'm gonna be keeping track of past, current and upcoming releases. If a track is left unmentioned in this thread, it's not worth your time.

Current Project:

Track: Project name "Vacancy"
Difficulty: Hard
Bike selection: Phoenix 250cc, Scorpion 450cc, Donkey
Platinum time: Aiming for 30 seconds.

Driving line so far; in motion:

Latest Release:

Track: Gloomville
Difficulty: Extreme (technical)
Bike selection: Phoenix 250cc, Donkey (for laughs)
Platinum time: 28 seconds.

NOTE: I was very sleepy when I set the medal times so each time is 10 seconds tighter than it should. So the platinum I MEANT to have is 38 seconds...

just had a longish session with TC tracks. Skyhopper was a golden sun in a pile of **** and garbage.

This right here is why I want to build and become better at it. Not to be praised but to put out tracks that people can have fun with.

Glad to hear that, mate. Did you notice any lag or screen tear if I may ask? I'm a bit concerned about those since I don't have the possibility to test anything in MP

Not that I could think of, no.
But then again it might be different for people on weaker systems, mine is pretty oversized for TEGE so it masks if the game is choking.

right heres ideas that i always wanted to implement in my track but never would mainly because i get bored really quick and lazy

themes
steampunk
space
underwater
subway station
hell (like inferno fire and ****)
an icy/wintery track
in the sea (and make it like "the perfect storm" film)
a wild west theme
sci-fi like a city scape theme

so many others that i cant think of right now.

Seems like I got bitten pretty good by the building-bug. Currently working on a hard map. I'm hoping to make it smoother and more suitable to speedrunning. There are speedtraps though so look out for those.

If anyone wants, I can release some project screens. Maybe I could get some good feedback, too!

The new one you are working on looks real nice visual whise. After watching the video I actually also want to start building an 'in the city' track, so could be my next one has a bit the same theme as I was struggeling to find a theme for my new one http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif

Nice to see another regular forum, evo gold builder pop up, just make sure you take your time for quality.

I've learned that rushing a track is pretty bad (not saying you are tho)

Even after 11 tracks (1 I don't show on youtube cause it was a cool idea that turned into a real messy driveline) I learn new stuff each time.

I often go back to old tracks to check how things worked again.

Also have a lot of template drivelines (usually straight stretches along the X or Z axis) and world enviroments saved which can get a new starting point.

Keep up the work, screenshots look good!

I messed up with the medal times on Gloomville so just think of your time as 10 seconds faster http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon/wink.gif

Oh, I think I've got the "Do not rush the build"-thing covered. I've built for like 11 hours now and all I got to show for it is under 20 seconds of line http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon/razz.gif
