Hey folks,, im not gonna hamper you guyz with screenshots at the moment as this track is still a work in progress,, most of you will know Diablo from t2se which imo is the 2nd hardest track in the game, I`m in the process of porting it over but I need your help on what you guyz think of the current dificulty, wether I should tame it down etc, things which could be altered etc,, please give the track a go you can find it on TC, under the name "Diablo V1.0" ,,,

looking forward to the comments...

Hey dude, i was busy atm and didn't reply on uplay. I'm probably not the right person to ask about the difficulty on an extreme track. If i get under 100 faults on one, i'm happy. Under 50? It's madness! Still, i will give it a try tomorrow.

Btw, taming down Diablo's difficulty sounds like turning Shadowfax into a Little Pony. Just keep in mind not to overdo it and turn it into a medium track or something. http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon/razz.gif

Keep it as true to the original as possible, or the Vets won't like it.

(never played t2se btw)

that 'don't hit your head' part is freaking stupid - I know it was like that in T2SE but in evo the head is so sensitive that it just makes for a completely unbalanced obstacle - also WTF is there a huge U-turn near the end?

As I said its a work in progress, I didnt realise it was going to take up the distance that it has, the u turn I know isnt in the original but i ran outa flat ground sadly and just turned it to see how it was gonna turn out.. once i work out how to make flat (sorry still new to the editor) that u-turn will be removed completely..

the dont hit your head part, i sat for ages trying to get it like the original but as you say the head is so sensitive it turned out to be impossible to get it the same, trick is as you land on that down ramp you ideally land bent forwards, a simple tap on the brake is enough to dip your head under while the back wheel catches the overhead and shunts the bike back level...

but thanks for the comments I know it still needs some work, just really wanted an opinion on the difficulty more than anything, particularly from pad players as I only use the keys.

thought I`d enclose a vid of your run, for others to see, hope you dont mind http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon/smile.gif

ps sorry for mispell in your name ,, MurdocLoch

still welcoming comments

Just thought I`d let you guyz know the final version of Diablo is now available on TC...

the dont hit your head part has been made so that you dont hit your head Murdoc :p and that U-turn is also completely gone now too http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon/smile.gif

thanks for comments, I did tame a little of it down a bit, but its still quite a challenge, wouldnt say ninja but definetly hard.

thanks all, enjoy http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon/smile.gif
