now I've finally got this (FB) sim working smoothly without crashing (sic) it is absolutely stunningly brilliant!
Hats off to Mr Maddox for creating it and this community for the tech help.
When I was a lad, we used to run around with airfix models on string, and make flight sims using cardord boxes, levers and string, if only we'd have had FB back then!

Traditionally, I would have like 5-10 pc games installed at any one time. I would play them all being a jack of all trades, master of none. Now ironically, I mostly only play Il-2:FB and still, I can't master it. Life's irony can be so cruel. Il-2:FB is painfully righteous.
