Yes it will be up more often.... If I can keep my wife from accidentally shutting it down. She has this habit of turning off TV's or computers when I fall asleep

Kozhedub: In combat potential, the Yak-3, La-7 and La-9 fighters were indisputably superior to the Bf-109s and Fw-190s. But, as they say, no matter how good the violin may be, much depends on the violinist. I always felt respect for an enemy pilot whose plane I failed to down.

The one you were on last night with the He factory bombing is one of my favorites now. I just made a IL2/TB mission of the same style with factory attacks. Was pretty cool to see 5 or 6 He's carpet bombing a city with no lag lol

Hunter, a small suggestion: set the number of planes greater than the number of pilots. If there is only 1 pilot for each aircraft, players have no motivation to save themselves in a damaged plane and will just go suicidal. Having more planes is a good motivation to at least try and get your pilot back to friendly lines alive. Also, there is no point to a chance of escape if there is no airplane for the escaped pilot back at base.

edit: err, or maybe you do have it set up this way. Just didn't seem like it when I was on yesterday.

p.s., the Kuban map is really nice, but what's up with those balloons in the mountains? They freak me out, lol.

Yeah the planes are greater then pilots. Some maps where I have factory destruction settings I have much greater planes than pilots say 50 planes 28 pilots because HE's Stuka's and IL2 do alot of dmage to staic objects lol.

Well, war is insidious and the bases close to the front are protected by balloon barrages that partially hide in the clouds...

Yes, I recieved it, and it contained not only a "thank you", but also a request to provide more maps. But making a good map requires quite some time and I don't always have enough of this; that's why I haven't answered yet.

Were you on the server when I was Hunter? Sorry for not saying hello, I didn't see your callsign.

The one suggestion that I have is to increase friendly icon distance slightly. It encourages teamwork to be able to identify individual friendlies from a greater distance.

hunter can you do some tests, one with skin dls on and limited plane set. 30plyrs

Then run all planeset for each side with skin dls off, 30 plyrs.

I tried it a bunch of times had the cheat warning to boot at 1

and got very little to no warp with skin dls on.

Running all planesets for each side with skin dls off i experience pauses and more warp then with skin dls on. I also tested it on maps with all static ac preloaded and not difference.

If you have time I would like to see what you come up with.

mudmovers use run great back when it was first up then ran really bad before the server shutdown few months ago.

Iv been playing in mudmovers the last couple days and it seems really smooth no pauses at all but some occasion warping and cheatwarnings.
