Hello all,
it bean 2hours that i mess around...

let's say as a example...

i want to drive on ice for a short moment.

can we reduce the bike friction at 10%, point A to B... ?
or
reduce friction of a surface that induce the bike to "spin" (kind of inverted the friction option in advanced physics)
thank!

merci!

Theres friction in the advance physics options for objects. For a specific distance? Don't know if that would be possible.

Hi,
yep, for the object "him self"...not for the one that make contact whit it (bike). http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon/think.gif

Oh...a good example, just like the glass in trials HD http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif

make a rock or what ever slippery. (the object will be the distance http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon/wink.gif )

I haven't messed with it so I don't know exactly how slippery objects can get, but just go into the object's advanced physics and turn the friction down.

You could place custom physic collision objects onto the drive line and turn their friction down in the advanced physic section.
They are invisible so nobody could really tell that they are there! http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon/smile.gif

don't know what i was doing wrong whit that friction option http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon/confused.gif
but i give it an other try and it work...Doh!!! http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon/snooty.gif http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif

work whit the water and the collision object...and probably whit all those F^%*^9 things http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif
