First off, let me say that I'm aware that there is a html help file that comes with the game, but as some players aleady pointed out that it explains what to create and not how. The text below is pretty much the text found in the help file, which btw I suggest you read thourghly and if you don't understand it, and only then, do you read and watch this tutorial. And the video is the part that shows you how to create the track. I'm willing to help, so please if you need help, feel free to ask.

1) Find the visible image (the one the player sees) and open it in graphics program
- It must be bigger than 1300 pixels in length and 768 pixels in width and less than 10,000 pixels in both length and width
- You must have permission to use it
- The 1st option is to get your images from Flickr with the Creative Commons license so that the only thing you have to do is give them credit
- The 2nd option is to get images from an image stock site (e.g. http://www.sxc.hu/ (you need an acccount there), or one of these http://news.deviantart.com/article/54418/)
- The 3rd option to draw it yourself in Photoshop which isn't all that hard
- It must not be offensive

2) Using your visible image, make a profile image (the one the computer sees) in a graphics program like Photoshop or GIMP
- It must be bigger than 1300 pixels in length and 768 pixels in width and less than 10,000 pixels in both length and width
- It must use the exact colors (Green=00FF00, Black=000000, etc)
- The checkpoints must be white and touch the bottom
- You need at least two checkpoints one for the start and one for the finish
- The part where the rider rides must be green, blue or red (stick to green for now)
- The Background must be black

3) You need a lightmap iamge
- Must be proportional to the visible and profile images
- I recommend you leave it white for now so you don't complicate things

4) Music
- 1-3 Minutes
- And you can use the default music in "C:\Program Files\RedLynx\Trials Legends\music"

5) Open up Trials Legends, using the Track Editor make your track, and then after saving it, share it via http://www.redlynxtrials.com/trialslegends/upload/

You welcome! And thanks for the feedback in the #trials2 chat.

I also re-uploaded the video in better quality (1080p) but this time there are no captions.
