View Full Version : Problem with authentication [SOLVED]

I bought another copy of Trials 2 the other day, before SE was released, for my kids. I installed it tonight and get an authentication error.

I'm guessing that it's because I didn't register it on the old servers before you guys copied the keys across to the SE server..

Can you help plz?

I had sent a support request but didn't include the key. I now have.

I heard from Jukka that your problem got already solved.

On the Trials 2 Second Edition release day we copied all activation keys from the old miniclip.com Trials 2 database to our new Trials 2 Second Edition database. However miniclip.com doesn't give us their sales info directly, we have to rely on the activation information the game sends us. This means that games bought 1-2 days before the Trials 2 Second Edition launch day might not have been activated before we moved the activation keys to the new server.

To other users having the same problem:

If you have bought the original Trials 2 from miniclip.com just before the Trials 2 Second Edition release day, but you received the activation key from miniclip.com after the Trials 2 Second Edition launch day, please contact redlynxtrials.com support (http://www.redlynxtrials.com/support_contact.jsp) and give them all your information. We will copy your activation key to the new Trials 2 Second Edition server.
