try this http://www.il2skins.com/files/patch/fix.html

In some of the patches they got the registry entries wrong

BE CAREFUL WITH REGISTRY EDITING IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT BEFORE

After that make sure you are patched up to 1.22 level or AEP 2.0
at the moment it's confusing because most of the americans have AEP but it's not out in Europe - so on hyperlobby most of the time you can't play 1.22 there - thats why I'm playing on www.ubi.com (http://www.ubi.com) - which has organised the site so that you know if it's 1.22 or AEP.

For most technical help use the community help
forum - their moderators seem to be able to fix most stuff rapidly.

Also there is a good technical help section with setup hints and FAQ on www.mudmovers.com (http://www.mudmovers.com) - but the site seems to be down at the moment

I had that problem a long time ago and posted a similar question in the Community Help forum. I was told to change a line in my config.ini file. Can't remember just what it was I had to change, but it was simple enough for me to do. Post this question in that forum and see if one of thoses guys over there can help you. S!

if you do get online the debarritas dogfight room is on most nights between about 22:00 and 01:00 Madrid time. (they speak spanish too) it's full hard settings and if before take off you send a chat message saying it's your first time out they might go easy on you.

You don't want people to go easy on you. The harder they push you, the quicker you learn. But don't get disheartened when you get blown out of the sky time and time again. I've been at this for about 8 months now and still I get my arse handed to me. S!
