having finished the game, is there a way to fully listen again "Burn You Up Burn You Down", yet inside the game?

Look in the sfx folder, and find the sound file called "tmnaCreditsMusic.ogg".

If you have hidden files set to be visible, you can hear all sorts of interesting stuff here. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Also, if you don't mind it a bit muted, you can hear the song with "clftZandiRadio_Loop.ogg" (this is the radio that Zandi is listening to).

I don't have that file http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif, and the cd has only a big archive with anonymous sfx files

very odd thing... I had this file missing in a fresh install, meanwhile I've found it in another pc with an old (and played until the end, just as upgraded to XP1)

I believe that the XP 2 Path of the Shell removes or renames that file (more likely removes). Why it does that, I don't know. I have my entire URU soundtrack made by searching the URU folder for *music*.ogg files. I then prefixed all of the filenames with URU XX (xx = track numbers) to put them in roughly the order that you encounter them. I was a little upset that some of the uru music was left out of the soundtrack, or improperly represented, so I went digging and found all that I needed in URU's folder. Although since many of the songs are loops, they have a pop sound in the beginning and/or the end of the song (cross-fading on your media player minimizes this effect).

I did that too! But on the loops I went through with Nero Wave Editor and made fadeouts - now they sound lovely.

Also Jnathus - be aware that not all of the music tracks have the word "music" in them!
In particular, I came back a few weeks later and found the following two tracks I had missed:
kdshPillarSolution_Loop.ogg
tldnSporeMe_Loop.ogg

Also guys, get MediaMonkey (www.mediamonkey.com (http://www.mediamonkey.com)) which can play OGG and convert it to WAV or MP3 format also!

And in regards to the original question, Morporku got it right - tmnaCreditsMusic.ogg or clftZandiRadio_Loop.ogg, but remember even though ZandiRadio sounds much worse, it contains more of the song! (oohhh I wish they gave us the whole song full!)

I think I had both of those and decided I didn't like either one. I'll check again. I tried using Creatives Wavestudio do fade out the endings, but I couldn't seem to get it to take... the pop was still there. I'll try Nero (forgot that program was in there) and see what happens.

I found the cleanest conversion is from OGG to wav (which I use Winamp 5.04 for that) and then I use DMC Audios Music Converter to turn them into 256 KB MP3s. Cranking them up on my Megaworks speakers reveals no flaws to speak of, so two conversions don't seem to do any harm to the music quality (thankfully).

Ok Mr. Smarty Shortz . .. I do like those tracks that I hadn't paid much attention to. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

But . . did you KNOW about a POTS one called "ahnySphere03-amb01_loop?" It's not really musical, but I like it, and after playing POTS I had been wondering what that track would be called (because I hadn't found it after a brief search).

along the same line here, does anybody know
where to find the 'Dream' music from Revelation
on CD?
is that on a Peter Gabriel CD?
i searched and found a Kate Bush reference,
but does it exist anywhere outside of the game?
possible on a Myst IV soundtrack?
if the answer lies in another thread or post
please direct me, Thank You in advance!

It's not on the Myst IV soundtrack http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

There is a utility called "Revelator" somewhere which allows you to extract the music files from Revelation. You can listen to it there. In fact I am listening to it right now. The file is called "MU SA 03 PG EDIT"

This music goes with the mood of the cleft. I think the word 'message' is in there
