You can make your own. It's complicated, but doable.

There's one in progress, here:
But until it's done I would suggest to set nationality to USA instead of Russia, it's not perfect but an improvement. But I'm not sure if works in the mission bilder (I know it works in the quick mission builder).

How can you make speech pack?
I'm not refering to the sound's, i'm refering to how you integrate them in your game?
If so, I have a romanian campaign waiting for a "new wave".

I was wondering what had happened to the British speech pack too and was considering putting one together myself (I have a full recording studio at my disposal and obviously I was going to appeal to the good people of this forum to provide some of the voices).
As far as I understand it once you've got the sound files recorded all you would have to do is drop them into one of the existing folders so that they overwrite the existing files and select this in the game.
For anyone who is considering making a speech pack (of whatever language) the audio files need to be mp3 format, mono, 8 bit, 11.25 kHz/20kbs resolution.
Anyway, on a light hearted note I thought that the international community who play this game would appreciate a recognisable selection in the British voice pack and given that Hollywood seems to be a common international currency would like to suggest the following.

1) A stammering sloane ranger (Sarah Ferguson, Hugh Grant).
2) A generic upper-class twit a la Bertie Wooster.
3) A generic northerner (the full cast of the Full Monty, Daphne in Frazier).
4) A sneering, amoral 18th Century ponce with a powdered wig, a lisp and seriously questionable sexuality.
5) A wisecracking rogue with an excruciatingly bad cockney accent - the aforementioned Daphne's inexplicably cockney brother perhaps. Better still maybe **** Van **** could be persuaded to reprise the pioneering work he did in Mary Poppins.
6) A comedy Scotsman with a crazed expression and a haggis fixation.
7) A chirpy scouser who sounds exactly like John Lennon.
8) The guy in the expansion pack of Medal of Honor who instructs the British Commandos over the radio to destroy the bridge ".at all 'corsts'".
9) An OTT pantomime villain with a nondescript Middle Eastern/East European accent voiced by a hammy British actor in the Alan Rickman/Jeremy Irons/Ian McKellen mould
10) Tony Blair.

Thanx for the info.
How it would feel to hear Toni Blair screaming in your headphones:" Help! Someone, get him off me!!!", or John Lennon singing to you: "Number 2, chech your six o'clock....there's a yellow lemmon tree(he-he).
That would be really cool

Until that's ready you could try this.

Go to your main Il2FB folder then samples, then speech.
Inside there is a folder named RU (the russian voices) rename this RU1 or something. Make a copy of the US folder and name it RU.

Then all the russians speak in american, it's not British I know, but the speech marries up okay and it's nice to understand things like "Bandit, your four o clock" rather than just wondering what the AI is on about as your plane bursts into flames.

Fair, but If you play the russian campaign, all the realism goes off.
Anyway, after finishing the original Il2 , and starting FB, I've started to understand what the russians and the germans are saying, and also the hungarian is rather easily to memorize. There are some great problems with finish, though.
I don't like the speech, it's too calm, you can't realize from their tone if they are bailing out, or only give you a heading.
BTW, why can't we do some separate languages pack (italian, romanian, etc) and itegrate them in the game ?
