AC: Liberation HD Question

Hi all, so I play on Xbox 360 and purchased the Black Flag Season Pass, which if I remember correctly nets me 25% off Liberation HD when it comes out. My question is, how is that going to work? Will Liberation HD show up as a download for the adjusted price via Black Flag's additional content menu, just like the rest of the DLC?
