View Full Version : AC IV: Black Flag not showing up on Ubisoft-launcher

Hello, today I just received my new graphics card Nvidia GTX 660.
I got the promo codes to get Splinter Cell Blacklist and AC IV: Black Flag for free.
I used the promo code for SCB without any problems, it showed up on the Uplay launcher just fine as it should.
But, with my AC IV I got the promo code working, just like with SCB but the problems is; it doesn't show up on the launcher. :(
I have the invoice and the order number and everything, it even says that it is bought but it simply doesn't up.
Someone please help. Waited for around 30 min time at the moment I'm writing this and it still hasn't showed up, though my SCB showed up instantly.

EDIT: I'd just like to add I'm not very familiar with Ubisoft.

It is not available to download.
And it didn't give me a CD-key in the email either (I also tried the support thing, too where you use your order number and password.)
I tried to use the coupon again, and ofc. as I expected it didn't work a second time.

I have exactly the same problem. Used the promo code from NVidia to purchase the games, splinter cell is showing in Uplay but assassins creed isn't.
I opened a ticket with ubi support today (Ticket: 01014717) but not sure how long they will take to reply.
If you find a solution, would you post it here so I can play Assassins Creed too?

Yep same here, did it earlier today. I didn't do SC:B yet but I did AC:BF hours ago and nothing has happened.

I'm going to email NVIDIA to recommend they use Steam codes in future, probably won't happen but it's still worth noting.

My support ticket was answered and I've now been emailed a product key and the game is visible in Uplay.
Below is the message I received from ubi support.

Unfortunately, due to an error there was a delay with your game being activated to your account. This should now be resolved and the game should appear for downloading in the Uplay client providing that you are logged in with the correct account. If you do not have the Uplay client installed, you can download it from the following link: http://static3.cdn.ubi.com/orbit/launcher_installer/UplayInstaller.exe We thank you for your patience and apologise for the delay.

I just waited and got an email saying that they're sorry for the delay because they apparently had distribution issues.
