View Full Version : Support for this game is crap, a week gone by and they haven't even looked ticket

Game can't progress past the first intro mission before 100% CTD at the virtual office. UBIsoft people telling everyone with issues to create a ticket. Did that and a week later it hasn't been touched. Support is not very good.

P.S: those are the ones who ported the game to PC.

So going on 10 days and the ticket still hasn't' been read....did they take the entire month off?

Support cant have holydays FFS. There are shifts for stuff like this, but big company support should work 24h 7 days/week no matter what. This is so unprofessional.
