How do I sync my account to allow access with the companion app? I can not find anywhere to do so.

You just need to sign into the app with the same Uplay account that you are signed in with on the console. Also, the mobile device must be on the same home network that the console running the game is currently connected to.

indeed - as above.

As long as those conditions are met - it should find the app.

You do need to confirm the link on the console at the main menu [pop up message] - so please make sure you have access to it!

Thanks. No luck with that. Could there be an issue with switching recently to xbox one from the 360 version? Guess I will try to contact support when they reopen after Christmas. Thank you for your responses.
