View Full Version : Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood weird flickering problem on selected/highlighted NPCs.

So I've just picked up AC: Brotherhood on PC as I haven't had a platform that supported the AC series for the past 3 years lol. Unfortunately this weird flickering bug is kind of spoiling the experience a bit. It only seems to happen when you're following a highlighted (has glowy stuff around them) NPC, such as when you're following Mario on horseback at the start of the game or Makavelli.

Here is a FRAPS recording of the issue. I'm sorry the video is a little jerky, but AC: B seems to tank the FPS way more than other games when recording! Watch Makavelli on the his horse to see the problem.

My PC specs are:
AMD A8 APU @ 3.3Ghz
4Gb 1600Mhz RAM
GeForce 550 Ti 1Gb GDDR5

All settings are are maxed, and I have V-Sync on. I have FXAA enabled in Nvidia Control Centre, but this issue still occurs when it's turned off.

Any help/ideas would be very much appreciated! :)
