Well a few of us "guys" are going to meet at the gate/ticket booth at 9AM and then score a nice area for us to set up camp. Just look for me. Im easy to spot. I will be 6'5" and wearing a BLACK (Ugh, it had to be black) IL2 FB T-shirt. I dont think there will be anyone else at the show with an IL2 T-shirt.

So, who all is meeting me? I know Tagert for one.

My post's are my asumptions only, and in no way linked to fact. I am not an official 1C, Ubi, or Russian Red Rocket spokesman.

Hey Gibbage im heading down there friday to check out the museum then to the airshow on saturday with a buddy. I'll try and look out for you. I will probably arrive when the gate opens at 8:00 or so. Maybe there is a time where all FB pilots could meet at a specific plane/place and time at the show? Hope to see you there.
Salute!

I'd have to fly down from SFO and rent a car from LAX. Flights look pretty good right now . . . http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-indifferent.gif

We'll see. Was just there, but I'd like to see the show. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif

Hey IL2-chuter:
Better to fly into Ontario Airport than LAX! You will have a lot less hassles with security and be a lot closer to Chino at the same time!

I am not certain I am going yet, depends on if I fill some seats of the plane, but if I do I will be flying into Santa Paula and should be able to drive out there by 9 am.

Ya. I prefer Ontario (especially since the improvements/expansion). But, as an employee of a bankrupt airline not to be named, I am sort of committed to LAX (we no longer serve Ontario). XXX Express flies ONT/LAX but I would have to wait 1.5 hrs between flights, might as well just drive from LAX. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-indifferent.gif
