Can't start The Tyranny of Washington?

I bought Assassin's Creed 3 Deluxe Edition about a year ago on steam and I redeemed all of the codes. However, now when I try to access the Tyranny of Washington dlc, it keeps telling me that I have to redeem a code. When I put in my season pass code, it doesn't work (probably because I already used it). How do I fix this problem?
