AC franchise purchase questions.

I want to purchase AC games which uses Uplay DRM.(someone told me games purchased from Steam wont show in Uplay client,is that true?)
I live in China and in my Uplay store games are priced in euro.I dont understand why Ubi sell games for a higher price in a low-income country.
I looked up in Gamersgate,but it seems that they use Tages and "Other DRM"(what's this?)
Could anyone tell me where can i get AC 1-3 in a relatively low price?

I purchased my games through Steam. Steam will provide you with the Game Key.

Copy the game key, then you can activate your game in Uplay.
