Lags and low FPS

HI,
Yesterday, I bought AC4. I noticed that the game really lags: I only get 20-30 FPS.
I dont understand it. My system exceeds the recommened requirements.
Do you also have laggs or am I the only one?
Does Ubi works on a patch/fix?

Here´s my system:
GPU: 1024MB HIS Radeon HD 7850 GDDR5
CPU:AMD FX Series FX-4100 4x 3.60GHz
RAM: 8GB Kingston
Win7 Home 64bit

For me works only this: Go to setting/graphics and put resolution 1024/7XX (i dont remember the numbers :D) and put ALL other things to LOW or OFF. 10- FPS + And the second option is Update your graphics card driver :) it increase 30 FPS for me, but i have 40-45 FPS bcz i dont have strong PC as you :) (sry for my bad english :D)
