So, I did a bit of researching this day, and i stumbled over an email sendt by abstergo staff in a discussion with eachother.
(No real spoiler ahead)
They were discussing ideas for new adventures in Abstergo Entertainment.
I got some (crappy iphone) pictures here:

From what I believe, these are the games that I could catch up that they were talking about:

Ashikaga Shogunate - AC with Ninjas in Japan
The American Civil War
French Revoution
Napolenic Wars: Taiwan
+ More!

What do you guys think?
Is UBISOFT going to make games like these?

They were just teasing us with often suggested ideas.

Ubisoft are more secretive than this.. so no Ubisoft wouldn't openly put new game ideas in a game.

Just those ideas there are just to keep fans guessing.

Haha the Summor of Love.. reminds me of this song!

LMAO @ Summer of Love!
Just how an assassin would work then? Would he be the conflicted child of of a hippie mother who sells flowers in the local market and a Vietnam soldier father? lol

They also mentioned the Irish War of Independence.

Summer of Love won't happen. That's a reference the American cartoon The Simpsons made a few years ago in an episode where Homer takes Bart and Lisa to E4, Marge gets jealous because she thinks the kids now like Homer more, and she takes them on a tour of Springfield's restaurants writing reviews. Actual image of it's on the Assassin's Creed wiki under Easter eggs.

I wouldn't put too much stock into those e-mails. Ubisoft's just teasing us. Although I do recall them saying there is a hint to the next game in AC4, but there's so many paths it can take I doubt anyone will really guess it. Chances are, it may not even be in those e-mails. We know nothing of where Adewalé's story goes which could include the hint (or end on a poor note), Aveline's ends rather abruptly leaving her a possible hint, and we have no idea where the various loose ends in AC4 go (and I'm not talking about the immediate ending). Ubisoft could have also just been hinting at where Juno's story is going and the historical part will be unexpected.

My bet, wherever the next game's going, dual wielding is likely going to be part of it in some way. Easier to include that in future games than it is to include chaining pistols again. Guns have only been used for a small part of history compared to the sword.
