Great game, but since it keeps being billed as trying to be as authentic as it can, just thought I'd point out you've got Edward spinning the helm the wrong way. In steering a sailing vessel you're guiding the rudder not the ship, so you turn in the opposite direction as you want the prow (front) of the ship to go. If you turn the wheel right, you're angling the rudder slantwise like / ; so water passing from the front of the ship to the back of the ship presses on the rudder and guides the ship to the left.

Ermmm if you were using a tiller,this would be true,however with a wheel to go to starboard(right) you turn the wheel to the right.Matleots being simple beings would get all confused otherwise,
