Which boosters to buy? Brand new.

So im trying to figure out what boosters/boxes would be best for me to buy. I have enough of the Blue gems to buy any of the boxes.

Some info to go off of.
-I started with Inferno
- I got doom bringer from 1 of the few boosters i have bought with gold.
-I have 2 Strong hold heroes but hardly any of the creatures.
-I would like to Mainly make my inferno deck better but my next deck i want to do is the Necro.
A question i have is how do i unlock certain cards... ive noticed the cards from the Academy are locked for me.. Do i need to be a certain level to get those?

A bit late on the topic,but i would buy either FW box,or if you have some more seals,buy alliance of the void(Herald and Void rising boxes that are currently on sale together),simply because you'll both get some good cards and a lot of wildcards you can spend to unlock the cards you need

right now, yes, use your seals on the special 1690 for a void and a herald box, great deal.
