Hello.
Today I played Assassin's Creed 3 almost whole day. But when I wanted to run it few minutes ago, I discovered that I have no games on my Uplay account.
However I own about 7 games....
What is going on with Uplay?

+ I want my games back!!

It happened to me as well: played this morning, then got back to do few things and BAM, no games there. I filed a ticket, still no games although I can access my account ... was it just matter of time for you or did you have to do something specific?
Also: did you have your savegames back?

hi i start uplay before 10 minutes i have ac2-3 i cant see my games but in win i have.

Same here. It was working fine yesterday. I can see my games in uplay website but not in uplay launcher.

I just checked, I can see the games in the Uplay website too but, like you, not in the launcher (and the activation code - of course - doesn't work anymore)

At first I thought of an account hack/theft but since we can see the games in the website... may it be a problem of server SYNCHRONIZATION? How ironical :D

This is messed up. Same with me, it's asking me for a CD keys for games I already own. You know what what be nice? A status update when things like this happen. Is that too much to ask?

I have the same issue here as well. I was playing splinter cell blacklist list yesterday, had a great fun but today... I have the game on steam, so I launched it through there and was surprised when my uplay account turned on, it asked me for activation key. At first I was like ''what the hell? It should ask this only once.'' Since key is tied in steam library, I copied it to uplay, and uplay responded: cd key already in use by another uplay accound. basically it asked me to go f-myself. I tried entering the cdkey again few times until I got ''temproarily banned'' That was the biggest spit in the face from ubisoft so far... Com on!
I want my stuff back! NOW! NOT five thousand years later when your support team finally gets to my problem ticket I submitted! In 9 days I encountered 2 problems with ubisoft tech already. Get your s**t together and stop this customer harassment, please.

Same here, what the F*** is this?????? i already have a ticket were i am trying to get my DLC´s back to AC3 after i payed for them, but with in the new uplay launcher i aparently dont own them anymore, and now i find myself without any games at all on Uplay. Since there is no imformation what so ever on your front page about this i just want to say that from the bottom of my heart i wish you could all go and F*** yourselves at ubusoft/uplay. That statement is comepletley justified since you are nothing more than thieves by taking money and promising something in return that you do not deliver on, im going to file a report to my consumer department in sweden for this.

I launch Uplay and it cannot see any of my games. I tried launching Assasains Creed 3 from the PC shortcut and it asks me to activate it.

I was only playing the game 2 days ago.

What gives?

Yesterday there were technical problems with Uplay and I couldn't play Assassin's Creed 3 online, so I switched to offline mode which was fine. After finishing playing Assassin's Creed 3 I switched it back to online to see if it was fixed, which it appeared to be. Everything seemed normal. I logged in today and all my games are gone from my game list and it asks me to reactivate my Assassin's Creed 3 key which I re-entered, it then says it's already in use. I have no other account from which I log in, and I bought the game from a retail store. So, I'm having the same issue, I tried to write a ticket on the support site, but I can't submit it because of technical issues, SO MUCH fail Ubisoft :/

It's an issue on Ubi's end that's for sure. Same here, my Uplay games are not displayed on the "games" section.

Yet I can see them in the "transaction" list on the Uplay site.

Welp, I wanted to play some Splinter Cell today...

Been playing Assassin's Creed 3, load up Uplay to find that no games in my Uplay. No Assassin's Creed, no Far Cry 3. Really hope this is a technical issue and can be fixed.

Недавно я приобрел Farcry3 но в Uplay он на английском поетому я скачал с торента репак в комплекте с репаком ишел и кряк для UPLAY. И после установки у меня пропали игры с аккаунта...

Trying to play some heroes 6, but Uplay won't let me play my game. I've played and activated it ages ago, but now it's crying that I have to activate it again and when I do it says it can't connect to the uplay services.
Do I really have to resort to things like piracy for me to be able to play a game when I want, not when Uplay is up and working?

I have to say I quite agree with this post... I had forgotten about AC4's release, which is most likely related to such issues (there must be an incredible volume of traffic as we speak).
Granted our accounts weren't mass stolen, which was my sole concern, I'd just wait and see. I'd gotten quite the scare, I admit :)

I started playing at 29-10-2013 late night and earned some achievements in AC3. And now i come back to play i see no games. I realized there was a maintenance but its already expired i think. When will my games back finally?

I logged onto uplay today and all my games are gone. If i click the game shortcut on my desktop it just prompts me to activate the product.

What is happening?

This is why there should be fail over validation servers and games should not require internet access for solo portions. PS, now 7am EST and still no access to my games.

That was my first concern too but then i went to Uplay.com,logged onto my acc and i saw the games so its probably a problem :/

I redownloaded uplay when it suddenly prompted me to add a key of Shades of Darkness expansion set. I was able launch the uplay, but the game is missing from my library now. Is this a momentary problem or did I really lose the game? :S I have Might and Magic Heroes VI Gold Edition (in steam), which doesn't include Shades of Darkness. Yesterday after some hassle with my account (had to change password), I was able to play, but not anymore...

edit: Now the game seems to be working, but for some awkward reason I have two icons of Shades of Darkness (which I don't own) in my account and by clicking one of those I can start playing HOMM VI.

edit2: It seems to be just a sort of graphical error. When I launched the game, I still don't have Shades of Darkness :P

I had 2 games (FC3: Blood Dragon and AC2) on Uplay. Yesterday they were on my uplay account, and i played Blood Dragon normally.

Today, i started Uplay and noticed they are not anymore!!! Restarted Uplay several times, but no difference.

And I think I have the right to be a bit peeved if my OFFLINE game doesn't work because their servers are having issues

Edit: Just checked again and everything seems to be working now! My blood has gone from boil to a simmer

All 4 of my games on Uplay have disappeared from the list on Uplay 4 and all want me to reactivate my key code- yet when I do so its says its in use by another account!
Ironically my games show up on my account on the Uplay website with my progress.....somethings FUBAR!.....dont get this sort of problem on Steam!

So I went to steam and fired up ghost recon tonight, only to have uplay ask me to enter my activation code or CD key. Wft I have had this game since launch and also have all the dlcs and am one of the few who didn't have many issues with it, but now I can't launch it, even though in uplay in the background it lists me as having played only 10 days ago.
It also refuses my current cdkey saying its in use...well duh by me. Reentering it doesn't work, just says its in use and not valid.
Grrrr support ticket lodged.

This crap happening to anyone else?

Very true Razzack, but if you've paid for a product AND activated it you'd think that you would be allowed to use your product, internet or not.

the problem began an hour ago for me. The activation key wont work and no games showing wither. Fisting the wall doesn't seem to help either...:P Is this some kind of Aiden Pierce..everything is connected thing...NOT FUNNY!!!!

I played SpIinter Cell Blacklist today no problems & tryed to play it again tonight but Uplay seems to have lost it & my 13 or so other games also. It wants me to input my serials again & when I put them in it says they are from another account. Please fix this Ubisoft.
