Hmm. The 630M is the biggest weak point. That's really not a gaming card.

The GTX 650 Ti is probably more the kind of standard you need to get a decent performance. It's considered a budget card. It has 768 shading units, compared to the 630M's 96. Your card has 16 texture mapping units, compared to the 650 Ti's 64. The bottom line is that the 630M is a good display card for non-gaming users - perfect for multimedia, Photoshop, etc.

That said, not all is lost. The card you have is roughly equivalent in performance to the 260M, with the 260M possibly having the edge on yours, so that means you're going to have to compromise a lot on the settings. Expect to have to lower the resolution. If there are settings for anti-aliasing, you're going to have to switch them off.

AC4 is using the same engine as AC3. Here's ACIII running on your card:

As you can see, they had to drop everything to minimal, but it's not terrible by any means. Also, there should be many efficiency improvements since we last saw this engine. Most of the PC players who had tech issues with AC3 seemed to be AMD users, so at least you've got an Nvidia GPU.
