View Full Version : [Ubisoft_Account] Help with UPlay language in Account Settings

I have a problem when I go to my Account Settings via the web browser.

I can't change my language to 'English US' no matter what. It's set to 'English UK', and if I select 'English US' and apply the changes, the thing just appears as 'English UK' again.

I've tried several browsers and I've contacted Ubi Support, they couldn't help me.

It's annoying because the site always redirects me to the UK versions of Ubi's websites.


I have my language set to just 'English' in the UPlay software.



Any help?

Hello,

Thanks for your first screenshot. What happens when you click on the orange Edit button? Can you choose your language and click OK when you selected the good one?

Yes, that's correct. I click Edit, I choose 'English US' then I click on Save Settings but the changes do not apply.

I've tried choosing different languages and saving settings and I can do it with all languages, except for 'English US'.

I can also change my postal code and my name without problems.
