Wildcards from packs

Well as we all know (at least the majority) the new expansion its coming out in a few hours.

I have 2 major questions:

-Do unopened packs have a chance for wildcards??
-Packs aquired from achievements and/or swiss tournaments have a chance for a wildcard too??
