Because I noticed several problems in the gameplay and the Uplay customer service isn't answering, I'm going to reinstall the game.
Will I automatically keep my current acount? Or do I have to save it somehow?

Your game saves are in sync with your account if you are playing and saving the cloud sync. Please be sure that you use the exact same email after reinstalling the game and Uplay client. If you are continuing to have any issues, please try updating your ticket with your dxdiag and msinfo if you have not already.
