Is it true we are going to have to pay for an AEP2 pack to get this great plane along with a couple others?

Let's hope so!

Oleg has reserved the right to leave version(s) out from FB if he has scheduling problems, but he also has promised a flyable Ju 88 "in several versions". Let's hope that it won't become too tight for him and he actually has the time to code them all in. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

At least the models are made in a way that makes coding follow ing models after the first one as easy as possible. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I wish they could change the mapping of planes like the Ju-88 and He-111. They need more uniqueness. BTW, awesome skins, can't wait.

EZ6 DF antennae. It's a flush circular plastic panel (plexiglass) with aluminum foil antennae strips bonded on the inner surface. I've touched one and will never be the same . . . http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-surprised.gif

Edit: Looked like aluminum but were more likely a light colored steel. If it wasn't so goshdarn big it might have been used more.

Aaron, thats part of the EZ6/PeilG6 a German instrument navigation and landing system.
The part you see is the antenna under a plexi hood.

what's wrong with the nose of the C6.

is seems a bit angularly (used a tool to get this word, in german it means "eckig")

or is it just the PoV making it look like this ?

It is maybe a bit too low polygon there. External models were very difficult to me because I had absolutely no experience with them. Hard to judge where to go for more detail and where to have less.

Think I heard something about fixed damage model though.

Yes, Ju-88 is indeed one very vulnerable bird... and look what happened to good old stuka---also is very vulnerable in 2.01. Few 7.62 hits in wing area above gear would be enough to set it on fire. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
