View Full Version : [Ubisoft_Account] Uplay Constant Error

First, I want to apologize to whichever moderaters had to deny my first report of this issue, as I attempted to post it in the wrong forum after checking for updates, I mindlessly forgot that there could be a proper forum in the category.

Now, for my issue, every time I attempt to access uplay, after I sign in, I get an 'error has occurred' image. If I exit the sign in window, and attempt changing the page an error has occured image pops up.Even if I go from my profile name at Ubisoft.com to news, after I'm redirected to uPlay, I get a pop up with the error has occurred message, after closing it, if I attempt any action, such as editing my avatar, the error has occurred image pops up.

I've done so on multiple devices, so is uPlay down, or could it be my age (when I use the news at Ubisoft.com), or a collaboration issue between the age my mom uses to access the site and my log in age? Because I'm only a teenager, O have to have her use her age.

Any ideas on what's wrong?:confused:

Hi Mutantboycrowe - Other players are experiencing a similar issue, it may be an intermittent server issue for the time being and could clear up shortly. I don't believe it has to do with age selection.

Thank you, I will make sure I include a photo and some system specs next time.
Hopefully the problem will resolve itself like you said it might. Thanks for the advice, it is much appreciated.
