View Full Version : [Ubisoft_Account] Trouble with reseting Uplay password.

Hello. I have a trouble with reseting Uplay's password from many time, but today I think, that must write some post here. When I'm trying to reset password for my Uplay and clicking link in my e-mail, or copying him to adress bar, nothing gonna happend - only what I can see after this is a sign on Uplay webpage "There's been some error with connecting to requested site". Please help me - I bought great Assasin's Creed 2 and want to play.

My email is lukovic89@wp.pl - on this email I have this Assasin's Creed 2.

NuckyThomson - I like your username! I hope that show starts up again soon, lol. Are you reporting from the UK? Other people are experiencing a server issue as well. Im not sure if this is the same issue though. Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies? What about using a different browser? If you continue to have issues and need to update your profile, please contact our support department.

Thanks. That's a great show with many good characters. No, from Poland. I've tried many of browsers, proxies and nothing. Maybe you can change it? Paste some new, and send me on email.

Please, provide us a step by step list of what you have already done. Our testers need it to reproduce the bug.
