What is this, Ubisoft?? A joke?? Do you have so many customers that you want to get rid of some of them??

Firstly Support may ask you to try certain things, which may help - or may not - depending on the issue.

I suggest however not swearing at support - since that will not help..

If you PM me with a brief outline of your issue and your Ticket - I will ask someone to look into it again for you.

Well, excuse me since I already made a topic about this a while ago and absolutely nobody gave me an answer. Beside this, it's not about the fact that the answers were not helping, it's about their absolute nonsense. So yeah, if you allow me to be a little ironic, excuse me for being so frustrated for wasting so much time for all that nonsense...

I will send you a PM with a detailed brief about the problem and the ticket number, thank you. I hope that this time, someone way more capable will take care of my problem.

Someone in the youtube vid, Nick Watts, said that he waited a few days and the location changed. Might want to try sending him a message on yt for more details if haven't already.

I'm guessing he's bookmarking it because he expects a really good show from this thread. Based on the fact that ubisoft support will never actually help him, we can expect that Drago will get pretty pissed. Come on shade, you can't seriously be oblivious to the fact that ubisoft support is the worst support system in gaming, with all due respect. Do you know how many bug complaints I have sent in? I always get the same bull crap "we will help" but then nothing happens. I don't even care anymore about those problems. It is way too late for me to be going back and playing AC3 again.

Dragos deserved better than what he got. We all did. Have you not noticed that the topic of how ubisoft support never comes through with a good solution is pretty popular around here? He has the right to be pissed off. Sure, crushing might not "help" him, but what will happen if he does? Will ubisoft say "sorry we are not gonna fix the problem we wasted your time with because you said a naughty word"? Will they not put anymore effort to the problem?

Dragos, I feel for you my friend. If it makes you feel any better, the animus hacks you get from placing the pivots are useless anyway. (Rain/snow hack only makes lame flurries instead of the storms I wanted, the ninja hack doesn't work, I always get detected by guards. The thunder hack makes a sound effect. When I saw that it said "thunder and lighting will surround your killed enemy" I thought it would be a really cool effect. But it turns out it only causes a lame flash and bang.the recruit one is worthless because I never use recruits anyway because they are buggy and awful.)

I'm sorry, but I seriously doubt that ubisoft will fix your problem. What really pisses me off is that the support reps and the rest of ubisoft all act like it all works out and that they did their part, and aft oblivious to the fact that their support system sucks. I hope you get your problem fixed, one way or another, but don't get you hopes up from this broken support system.

Why - do you have something to help?

"Do not accept updates for the game"

1. You can't decline updates
2. You NEED the internet for Pivots

This guy obviously has no idea what he is on about.

Apparently the issue is now resolved?

The pivot location has changed for you?
