If you go fortune, can't see a reason not to play 4 of Altar of Wishes and gold mine. And not sure if revised tactics also.
Forgotten cave is also really good, only 2 fortune!

ovrall good additions, all seem to have a certain use

I'm pretty sure Gold Mine seems much better on paper than it'll be on practice, it's just not good early game because you'll lose tempo by playing it, and it'll be a dead draw in late game, so still very situational and maybe only really useful for haven, since they can get those extra 2 resources to play it early game easily. If the new cards designed to counter bouncing cards and rush decks prove themselves useful, maybe Gold Mine will see some play outside of haven. Of course i could be wrong.
Altar of wishes is pretty good and it's just another reason this expansion brought to go above 4 Might, but Revised Tactics?Really?! It's by far the worse card of the expansion, you should revise your tactics :P

Sooner or later you'll find out, but I'll be nice to you :) and I'll explain why this card is so good:

You can take 'silver bullets' in your deck (Cosmics, Grounded/Skywrath, Dispels, etc) to counter archtype decks. Revised Tactics will allow you to remove these cards in case you're up against a 'normal' deck. You will also draw a new card, so it's not like you need to spend a card to do this.

Revised Tactic is such a good card. If you can justify going to 2 destiny, this card has such an awesome cost/effect ratio.

Drawing 1 card for 1 resource is actually above normal curve for draw effects, not to mention banishing 3 cards of your choosing? People would kill to have these kind of options in other card games (MTG for instance). Dont be surprised if people start crying OP soon, its that good.

Revised Tactics basically introduce sideboards to this game, which is a great thing :)

I still fail to see its usefulness, are you trying to tell me you're gonna play 2-4 of these cards in addition to your counters? I must be stupid but i'm just shocked.

Thinning you own deck is actually quite a common strategy in other card games. Considering that it only cost 1 resource, it is already very cheap for a draw 1 card effect (as hydramarine pointed out). Furthermore you can take out 3 cards from your deck. An easy choice would for example be to take out excess gold piles, when resource growth is of no importance anymore, or taking out 1 resource creatures. It gives you a higher chance of drawing the cards that you actually need, making it one of the better cards in the expansion imo.

Oh and it is a must have in combo decks, taking out cards which are not part of the combo, gives you a higher % of drawing the combo cards.
