View Full Version : Can't download DLC's for AC 3.. HELP!

i've bought a few DLC's for AC3 and i cannot seem to get them... when i try to download them from my web browser it says that it can only be downloaded within the first 30 days? wtf...please help i cant seem to find any way to get them.... HELP!

Yes, there is a time limit (and only 5 downloads too), so never ever purchase from ubisoft website (its safe to do it from Uplay client). And if you did - backup.
For now your only option is to contact support and maybe they will give you fresh links.

Guys, i have problems with my DLC. I bought AC 3 with the all DLC inside key, I entered it in game EXTRAS - Exlusive content, it said - ok,its done, please restart the game. I have done it, and the problem is that when i tried to play Washington`s DLC it said that it can`t find it on my PC please check your acc in uplay. When i did, i coudnt find all that DLC, which i`ve already entered the license key, I could only buy them again?wtf??this key can be entered only once, and when i tried to put it again, it says that it was already entered..wtf?help please

I take it you have contacted them with your order numbers as Support have asked?

If you have - I suggest you update the ticket and ask them of the progress - you could also try using the links in the emails and see if they have already done it.

For other people with DLC issues - make sure to contact support - with your order details, they can then investigate.

Shade is correct. If anyone experiences any sort of issue, do not hesitate in contacting Support. Since the launch of 3.0 you should be able to download the DLC in Uplay after selecting game > DLCs. Again if you have any further issues with your situation PM the reference number so I can look into it for you.

Yes I have since received an e-mail stating

"I have located the DLC that you received with your purchase of the Assassin's Creed III Season Pass and found that the 30 day download period had expired. What I have done is processed extensions for the downloads. You should be able to launch the downloads now without issue."

And the save files now load properly, thank you.
