View Full Version : Character Customization

Aside from vehicle customization, which would be a great addition to this game (imagine armored stealth vehicles that stay under the radar), I'd like for there to be some sort of character customization.

Even if it's something small, as in upgrades to Aiden's armor, which would affect the way he looks. It would feel a lot more personal, as if you're the character, if this was possible.

Who else would love for this addition?

Armour wouldn't make sense.

But there are already these two:

The two on the right are SP skins. Love the left one.

I don't think I could pinpoint what I want in an outfit, but those two skins ARE what I want in an outfit. They are the same, yet different :D

At least, nothing more substantial than a vest, in any case.

Those aren't bad at all; this said, I would not complain about some purely-for-fun 'cross-pollination' in the form of alternate outfits for Aiden (and/or multiplayer characters) from/inspired by other Ubisoft games (i.e. Order of Assassin robes)...

If they could implement some Modern Day Assassin clothing to suit the modern day and not stick out, that would be awesome.

Aside from Nikolai Orlov's variant (http://comicsmedia.ign.com/comics/image/article/112/1124930/assassins-creed-the-fall-20101001033907093_640w.jpg), there's certainly no shortage of concepts in that vein, thanks to the community. Such as these two:

This said, the actual outfits from the games would definitely be purely for the fun of it. As would the outfit worn by a certain silver-haired character with an ocular transplant from a particular series Ubisoft's made a couple of game treatments for... Hint: said character is known for his tardiness.

Another amusing form of cross-pollination - certain random encounters with very low odds - could be 'explained' as a 'glitch in ctOS', and is explicitly suggested by this fanart (http://watch-dogs-videogame.com/multimedia/what-if-aiden-found-connor-from-assassins-creed-iii-in-watch-dogs/).

Yes, that's what I want to talk about. That will add much to the game, especially online play. Ubisoft are you listening, that's what we would like to see.
