"I bought the DLC maps and in over a month now, I have not had the opportunity to even play a real game on them. I spent 2 weeks searching for games on and off while I played normally, and honestly, I've not been able to get a game and experience what has been advertised. It's literally a non-functioning part of the game."

If I sent in a support ticket, could I get my microsoft points back?
