Tried to dl this game like 4 times now and every time it comes up failed , gets to 99% and wont finish . This is becoming a joke takes like 8 hours to dl on a 17 meg connection then comes up failed . I then tried to contact support and the webpage comes up error , whats going on with Uplay and Ubisoft.

Yeah i can access the top link , in fact i was able to last week whan i sent a message to support about it , still waiting on a reply to that one .And now when i do it the site keeps timing out when i send the info .There really seems to be some major issues with UPLAY and ubi.com

Tried again this morning and it still times out when i try to send the info , really getting to be a bit of a joke now

Ubisoft, this is absolutely ridiculous, you need to fix your product or stop charging people to buy products off a service that doesn't work, I have the same problem as maddogx. Rather than sending support links that don't work, just troubleshoot his problem on the forum so that other can people can get help as well.

If you can't provide a service that works 24/7 and is reliable, then don't try, you're wasting peoples time and money.
