This game just gets better and better, I really hope it can live up to it's hype and Ubisoft start a new franchise, but not with yearly releases.

What I wonder if, if it's like a massively single player game, who are the other players watching you ? Are they all Aiden Pieces watching the other Pierce ? That's a bit esoteric :)

I wondered that too. If the only person in single player you play as is Aiden Pierce, would you be getting info on another Aiden Pierce ? That's something they didn't really clear up on.

This is great. I got just the information I wanted about the game. Glad to hear that the hyperconnectivity deal doesn't really hurt you as much as I thought it would, and that I can turn it off if I so choose to. Now, I hope to hear more in the future about how the other player that enters your world can help you, physically. In the E3 demo, the other player (titled: Bixel_44) was physically in the world and seemed to be following Pearce. In this recent showcase, the player was just watching rather than being present. My hope is that it can turn a singleplayer experience into a full-on co-op experience. We need more free roam, open-world co-op games out there, IMO. The ones currently out there right now just isn't working.

in the E3 gameplay, at the end, the camera zoom out and into a player standing on a roof, and he looked different than Pierce

Good point, I wonder what the rewards are for protecting or gaining info on a person are. Maybe money, some type of point system maybe?

Hey All,

A great article with Dominic Guay of Watch Dogs.

GC: So it’s at least as big as open world cities from this gen?

DG: It’s a very, very big open world city. You can go even beyond the borders of the city and you can go on the water, on the lake, if you want. So it’s very large. But what’s more important to us other than just making it large is making it dense. So you can go in interiors, you go – Chicago has an under-city, you can go there. You can go on rooftops, there’s a lot of things to do. Because it’s great to have it big, but for our game and our systems we need to have density, a lot of richness. It’s a balance.

Nice find, I'll be sure to add to the list. I can't wait to explore Chicago, the under-city sounds very interesting as well.

Added a Wii U interview for those who play Wii U. There doesn't seem to be much information about the Wii U, but I was able to find a mini-interview about it. It mostly involves how the GamePad will fit in to the game.
(Didn't realize i double posted, sorry)

Creative Director talks Ctos, Hacking, Reputation System and More
Today see's the first Glimpse of the reputation system in Watch_Dogs. Grab a cup of Coffee and enjoy this interview with Creative Director Jonathan Morin. Below is a qoute about the new reputation system.

"He also revealed a bit about the reputation system which he says ďwill focus on the playerís attitude towards collateral damages.Ē

ďIs he causing a lot of havoc that injures or kills citizens? Is he acting heroically or like a criminal? Each action will have Positive and Negative effects. The player will choose how he wants to play and the game will not judge him. Our system will simply recognize the shades of greys our society is made of and reflect it back on the player.

"Thereís a focus mechanic in the game which allows Aiden to slow down time as you saw in the second gameplay video and, for example, shoot down the tire of a cop car and watch it crashing somewhere."

So what do you think, are you ready to become the brightest and baddest Aiden Pearce?

Even More, a new Q&A with Mr. Morin.

Some peoples at NeoGaf say that the game will use "always-online"" model. Is there anyone from the forum managers or devs can answer if this is true?

God, I hope not, because that will kill the game completely.

Here's another article I just found:

http://www.examiner.com/article/watch-dogs-on-ps4-and-xbox-720-multiplayer-details-hinted

One thing it mentions is that "The next-generation version will come with some exclusive features in addition to the enhanced graphics". Does anyone think that means that the PC will miss out on some of these features (because it says "next-generation"), or just the PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii-U?:( I mean it sucks everyone else missing out on some features, but if it has to do with not enough storage size/processing power, a PC can have it just as much as these next generation consoles will have, if not better (they've released the specs for the PS4). So why lack something and just give it to the "next-generations"... because they just forked out $$$ for a new console? Hey, I just spent $500+ the other day to upgrade my computer; one of the main reasons was just for this game (I mentioned in the poll I created (http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/757104-What-console-platform-will-you-be-buying-it-on) that I was buying for the PS3; I changed my mind). C'mon Ubisoft, let us PC guys in on it too.:D

It makes me feel like those pre-order bonuses when you buy a console game, you're always missing out on some part of the game (gun, armor, outfit, extra level) no matter what retailer you buy from.
