Try to do things from these links:

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/239451-35-0xc0000005-access-violation
Probably you may need to run the game as an administrator. How to set it permanently check in my faq, link in my signature.

Few of these errors are caused by binkw32.dll which is file in game's folder. Maybe it is somehow broken. Replace it with this one:
http://speedy.sh/JjxnY/binkw32.dll
Uploaded especially for you ;-) From my, fine working game.

Step one should be to make sure your overclock is stable, using a linpack tool (e.g. IntelBurnTest) or Prime95.

I would like to take a look at your system files to figure out what is causing these issues.

Please submit a ticket and attach both a dxdiag text file and an msinfo32.nfo file if you can. We can send you steps on how to do this if you are not sure how.
