Your opinions and why

AC brotherhood
cause it took the best of ac2 and they added alot of new stuff and made it to be an amazing game.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Brotherhood, but because I didn't get it at release it's very likely someone will prove me wrong and tell me it was a bad port on release. All I know is AC1 constantly crashed during the intro movie, AC2 did have that DRM problem and ACR had some lag issues in a couple areas on my PC (no where as bad as 3).

They all work great for me on my gaming rig. The game I've enjoyed the most though is Brotherhood by far coupled with AC2 as AC2 / ACB are basically one big game.

Probably Brotherhood. That port is actually working pretty well, and the game is amazing with 3d Vision. Assassin's Creed 3 is another story. I'm getting horrible framerates even without 3d enabled - and 3d would cut the fps in half. Basically I ran Brotherhood with higher FPS with 3d enabled than I'm able to do in AC3 with it turned off. 3d doesn't even work in AC3 actually, and the port is really horrible from a technical POV (the game itself is still great though).

AC1 on PC was probably the most stable, smooth and came with extra missions not included in the console versions.
