how do i fix this ? This happens whenever i spin my camera around and it gets really annoying after a while( as soon as i start the game minutes to be precise)

Do you have vsync enabled? If not so enable it to reduce tearing.

v sync reduces fps though :(

Make your choice. It shouldn't reduce it much, it should reduce it to 60.
