Hi everybody. I have just started playing FB in the last month or two, and I'm trying to fly everything as realistically as possible. What I would like to know is, what does prop pitch do? How does it alter flight performance and when should you use it?
Thanks for your help

Without getting technical, prop pitch works the same way as gears on a automobile's transmission. The lower the pitch, the higher the gear(in il2fb). helps you lower you engine rpms. Also if your in a dive, it could help you from gaining speed to quickly(if need be). hope that helps
