I'm on PC and I've done all of the port forwarding as shown here: http://i.imgur.com/YVQF0.png
When I set up a static IP it turned green but the next time I hopped on, it was red again. I made sure UPnP was enabled.

Before, I had put my PC in my routers DMZ and it turned greed but I took it back out because I hear it's dangerous.

Sorry to keep bumping, but I really need to fix this issue...

Do you have any firewalls or anti virus which may be blocking it and need port forwarding too?

DMZ is not dangerous. Just limit the DMZ on a static localhost IP you set up and you're good to go.

I have Windows Firewall disabled, but I also have Avast Antivirus and Comodo Firewall. I'll see if I can check out what settings they have and hopefully that's the problem. Thanks for the reply, I've posted the topic on many other sites and it's usually ignored.

Thanks, I'll do that if I have to but I would prefer to figure this out without resorting to it.
